A 57-year-old man has been jailed for nine years for his role in helping the Kinahan Organised Crime Group murder Noel Kirwan in Dublin eight years ago.
Known as ‘Mr Nobody,’ Declan Brady is already serving sentences for money laundering and firearms offences.The court accepted he wasn't at the front line in relation to the shooting dead of Noel Kirwan outside his home in Dublin just before Christmas 2016, but Mr Justice Tony Hunt said he wasn't on the periphery either.
