A former Garda Assistant Commissioner has said that while the Kinahan cartel's influence has significantly waned, they are not finished and remain a threat. Pat Leahy told the Irish Mirror that another gang may have filled the vacuum left by weakened Kinahans but stressed that the mob hasn't completely gone away.
