Leeds Council forcing drivers to download new app in parking change
Leeds City Council has announced a new system to pay for parking across council car parks. The council is working with a new provider so the way drivers pay has now changed.
The telephone number is displayed on signs in the relevant car parks and streets. The council says the new system has been set up in a bid to reduce the number of parking penalties and allow for more flexible parking options.
