It is estimated that there were up to around 200 protestors on Kildare Street today.
This evening, some TDs were essentially stuck in Leinster House as some protestors blocked the back gate at Merrion Street for a time. The gates later opened and cars of politicians drove out being booed as they left.
Earlier, journalists walking in and out of the building were also subjected to insults from some sections of the crowd while walking past. A Garda spokesperson confirmed to the Irish Mirror this evening that 13 people were arrested outside Leinster House on Wednesday.
