Ms Purcell Healy, of Bishops Field, Williamstown, Waterford, was charged with murder after her son Matthew Healy was found unresponsive near Rathmoylan Cove, Dunmore East on February 9th, 2024. He was later pronounced dead at University Hospital Waterford.
