Donegal County Council is divided into seven areas - Buncrana (5 seats), Carndonagh (4 seats), Donegal (6 seats), Glenties (6 seats), Letterkenny (7 seats), Lifford-Stranorlar (6 seats) and Milford (3 seats)
Elections are set to be held in all local authorities in Ireland on the same day as the European elections. Polling stations will open from 7am to 10pm.
