A man has been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation into the harassment of Taoiseach Simon Harris at his home earlier this year. Multiple people have been arrested since May.
Gardaí arrested a man, aged in his 30s, on Tuesday as part of ongoing investigations into the harassment of the Taoiseach at his family home in Greystones, which he shares with his wife Caoimhe and his two young children Saoirse and Cillian. A Garda spokesperson said: “On Tuesday, 1 October, Gardaí arrested a further individual for alleged offences contrary to the Non-Fatal Offences against the Person Act, as part of ongoing investigations into the alleged harassment of an elected representative on 2 May.
Gardaí confirmed that investigations into the alleged harassment of Taoiseach Simon Harris are ongoing.
