Police and paramedics responded to reports that a 23-year-old man was attacked on Ash Road, at around 8.15pm last night. He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.

An 18-year-old teenager has been arrested after a man was allegedly 'stabbed' in Cumbernauld on May 3.
