Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s next DLC includes a new Yoshi’s Island track and Birdo.
Set for release this spring, the DLC pack will include eight courses, the first of which has been revealed to be a brand-new track called Yoshi’s Island.
It will also introduce Birdo as a playable character. Birdo first appeared in the Mario Kart series as Yoshi’s partner in 2003’s Double Dash.Nintendo said on Wednesday that returning characters from the Mario Kart series will also be added in future waves. Priced at $24.99/£24.99, the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass will include 48 DLC tracks across six waves, all of which will be released by the end of 2023.Online’s Expansion Pack receive access to the DLC as part of their subscription.
