Playing regularly at Blackburn Rovers and back in an Ireland jersey, Tyler Toland has eyes only for the future.
It's hard not to be in awe of Tyler Toland as she declares that she is as happy as she has ever been in football.
“I think it is massively important to play football with a smile on your face because we have the love for the game, so you have to enjoy it,” said the Donegal native. Even this week, as she reflected on the tough times and looked to the future, she spoke with a maturity that belied her age, insisting that through it all she didn’t fall out of love with football.
She played again three days later in Hungary and is expected to feature in the double-header against Albania, starting on Friday in Tallaght Stadium .
