She said schools have reported that students are engaging more with each other during lunch breaks and taking up different activities. However, teaching unions want to delay these changes amid “grave concern” that aspects of the plans pose a threat to Ms McEntee said supports and resources will be put in place to provide in-service training as well as access to sample exam papers.
