"Cloud will continue to thicken from the east on Wednesday night with outbreaks of rain and drizzle pushing in over eastern counties and extending westward overnight. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees, in mostly light variable breezes." Met.ie says: "Mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain, potentially heavy with spot flooding possible in parts of the midlands, south and east. Current indications suggest it will become mainly dry in Ulster with sunny intervals developing in the afternoon.
