Despite earlier suggestions that the sun would return in the coming days, Met Eireann now believes it could be the weekend before summer returns.A forecaster said: "A dull and misty start to Sunday with scattered outbreaks of light rain and drizzle. "Overall cloudy on Monday with moderate northwest winds, with patchy rain or drizzle in the north and west. Generally dry elsewhere with some bright or sunny spells. Top temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees Celsius; mildest in the southeast and coolest towards the northwest.
