The sunny conditions are set to continue for a few more days
As Ireland gets set to sizzle in the 27-degree heat this weekend, Met Eireann has said that the good conditions will continue into the early part of the weekend before "more showery conditions" arrive.
The best of any bright or sunny spells will be in the south and east with the highest temperatures of 17 to 23 degrees.A dry night with clouds and patchy drizzle is on the horizon along the Atlantic coasts.A cloudy morning is expected to change as the day goes on with temperatures set to rise to as high as 24 degrees in the east of the country.
