Laws were changed which mean since 2016, it has been illegal to smoke in cars with people under the age of 18 years old.
Some people may feel that this law only applies to smoking cigarettes and not using vapes, however, that may not prevent you from being fined. "Whilst it is not technically illegal to ‘vape’ in your car, the Gardaí may take action if they feel the vapour impacts your driving.
