Munster will make a decision on Peter O'Mahony's involvement on Thursday for what Mike Prendergast admits is a 'huge' Champions Cup game for the province against Saracens . Former skipper O'Mahony had been sidelined by a calf issue but attack coach Prendergast is optimistic of his chances of making the Thomond Park showdown on Saturday. 'Yeah, he's in the mix at the moment,' remarked Prendergast. 'We'll know more come Thursday, but as of now he's tracking along.
We'll make that call on Thursday to see if he'll be able to tog out or not. Conor Murray, Jack O'Donoghue, Diarmuid Barron and Diarmuid Kilgallen are all ready to go after injury lay-offs. 'A welcome return for a couple of players, good experienced players on top of that, and that will strengthen us up for the weekend,' stated Prendergast. 'We obviously have a few bits and pieces to get through before Saturday, but all tracking in the right direction.' After a win at home to Stade Francais and a defeat at Castres, Munster want to claim a second victory of their European campaign in Limerick to give themselves a cushion heading into the final pool game in Northampton next week. 'It's a huge game,' Prendergast acknowledged. 'You're playing a team full of quality, they showed that last week against a good Bristol team.
