Thirteen of the 23 victims have been formally identified but police have been unable to identify the remaining 10 people, Kent Police said.Fuller will appear in Medway Magistrates’ Court via video link on Thursday. “The latest charges are connected to the 23 remaining victims, of all whom were deceased adult females. They cover a period between 2007 and 2020.”
It will also consider if procedures and practices in hospitals and non-hospital settings where bodies are kept safeguard the security and dignity of the deceased.
