Work to repair a burst water main that disrupted the supply to around 100,000 properties across Glasgow is nearing completion.
Scottish Water teams have been working since Tuesday afternoon to repair the 36-inch Victorian main after it burst causing severe damage to Auchenhowie Road in Milngavie.
“Our teams and partners have had to work through the night so that a safe excavation and repair could be undertaken.
