Missing Irish teenager Amy Fitzpatrick ’s life was going off the rails for the last six months before she disappeared in Spain .

“She was the type of child that if a photograph was being taken, she would be hiding out at the back. During the last six months before she disappeared she didn’t go to school and went off the rails. The witness, who has asked to remain anonymous, has been in contact with the family of Amy’s dad Christopher in recent months.

“I confronted an older English girl who supplied her with cannabis and she said she only did it to ease Amy’s pain. She said Amy was really, really unhappy and she only did it to try and help. Amy herself hardly ever ate and her pals told me she lived off tomato ketchup sandwiches. She added: “There is not a chance in hell that Amy would have had the courage or the know-how to run away.
