Nick Montgomery and his Hibs squad were forced to address angry supporters after slipping to a disappointing 2-1 defeat against Ross County in the Highlands.
Despite taking an early lead through Myziane Maolida's early goal, Simon Murray levelled things up minutes later before Jordan White completed the turnaround for the Staggies with just two minutes remaining in the second half.
And after the full time whistle at the Global Energy Stadium, Montgomery and his players had to contend with frustrated punters in the away end as they applauded fans for making the journey north. The former Central Coast Mariners boss insists he is still the man to take the club forward, and argues that his side have shown glimpses of becoming a "very good team".
