Former RTE star Pat Kenny has said it was “wrong” for the national broadcaster to stop presenters from working at rival stations – as he praised Doireann Garrihy for returning to 2FM .
Reacting to the news about Doireann's return, the Newstalk host said: "I think it should be the way. I think there should be total transferability - I have always said that. "It is an absolute dream come true to have my very own show. I cannot wait to put my own stamp on it, to rise at a reasonable hour and to be back with you, the listeners."
