The family festival got underway at Southport's Victoria Park today
Many families descended on Victoria Park on Saturday, July 2, to enjoy a fun day out with some CBBC stars. The two-day festival features a line up of live music from Andy and the Oddsocks , Horrible Histories 'Barmy Britain' live on stage, Jurassic Live Dinosaur show and Yolanda’s Band Jam.
At Far Away Land there's also a circus show, Roald Dahl's 'Imagination Seekers', science demonstrations, live wrestling, a huge graffiti wall, a teddy bears’ picnic, Mad Hatter’s Tea Party and immersive LEGO City.READ MORE:Merseyside restaurant wins 'Best Chinese' at national awards Take a look at the gallery below to see the fun that was had on day one of Far Away Land.
