At 12:00 PM EDT, Hagerstown [Washington Co, MD] 911 CALL CENTER reports FLASH FLOOD. MULTIPLE FLOODED ROADWAYS REPORTED IN THE CITY OF HAGERSTOWN, MD. MULTIPLE CARS REPORTED TRAPPED IN THE ROAD DUE TO FLOODING.
