The 21-year-old was last seen in the Killinchy area at 2pm on September 3

Police have said they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man missing from Co Down.He has links to the Newtownards and Lisburn areas and has access to a yellow Vauxhall Astra GTC.

Oliver is described as having dark short hair and was last seen wearing a black jumper, red polo shirt, and black jeans. The PSNI has asked anyone who has seen Oliver or who may have any information regarding his whereabouts to call police on 101 quoting reference 1858 of 03/09/23.
