PR powerhouse Valerie Roe heads up her eponymous agency from Dublin, where she and her team provide 24/7 public relations services to their clients, some of Ireland’s biggest beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands.
Speaking previously about her move into the industry, she shared that the experience gained at the beginning of her career made her realise PR was a natural fit."During my time working at Lillie’s Bordello I did all of the PR in-house and was tasked with managing and organising all kinds of events," she said.
Speaking of her success, she said: “Anyone who knows or works with me knows that I am on the other end of the phone and email 24/7. I work tirelessly with my team to run Dublin’s only 24-hour agency – much to the detriment of my sleep pattern. It's not just all about who you know or who follows you on social media but having meaningful connections and mutual respect from those within the industry. You won’t go far in the PR game without a good reputation behind you as well as integrity and loyalty.”
