Pregnant Charlotte Dawson has been hounded by "pathetic" trolls who have called social services on her, accusing her of giving her three-year-old son alcohol and posting nude photos of him.
After sharing a photo of her glass and the bottle online, the star had the distressing experience of having to defend herself to authorities, who visited her following the tip off. Speaking to The Sun, she said: "They ring social services all the time, whenever there is anything on my Instagram. It's pathetic. I have no idea who it is but they just won't give up. I've not heard anything for a few weeks but I'm sure I will do soon. I don't know who it is and I don't really care any more because it's just pathetic."
