Revenue seized cash, cannabis, retail goods, alcohol and quantities of other illegal drugs in a number of searches - with some of these seizures made thanks to the help of Detector Dog Toby

Revenue officers have seized contraband worth approximately €390,000 over the course of numerous unrelated operations in Dublin and Donegal.

Cash to the value of €2,935 and a quantity of alcohol were also seized. Alongside this, cash to the value of approximately €57,500, comprising €42,102 and £13,240 was seized.READ MORE: Popular Dublin pub among 12 food businesses served with closure orders in July It is suspected that the cash is the proceeds of, or intended for use in, criminal activity and is detained by Revenue in accordance with proceeds of crime legislation. Revenue officers were granted a three-month cash detention order in respect of each cash discovery.
