It has been a busy year for RTE News with two of its presenters leaving the programme, as Eileen Dunne retired and Caitriona Perry moved to America for a new BBC role
The two journalists left the programme this year, with Caitriona taking on a new BBC role in America and Eileen announcing her retirement.
