A Ryanair passenger was left furious after a staff member told her she would be charged an extra €70 to take her mini suitcase on the plane
A Ryanair passenger was left furious when faced with an additional charge which she firmly believes was unwarranted.
Purchasing this option beforehand can incur a fee as high as £36 . Nonetheless, Ryanair has warned passengers that having to check in oversize bags at the gate can incur fees of between €70-75. The passenger explained on TikTok: "She genuinely just kept saying 'it doesn't fit, sorry, I need your card details' and was so rude. She made the woman behind me do it too and the poor woman was bawling crying."
