A terrified Scots dad had to shield his two-year-old son as two large dogs mauled a chihuahua to death in the middle of the street

It was then Scott witnessed the two pitbull looking dogs attacking a much smaller pooch, believed to be a chihuahua. He said the owner desperately tried to pull the two canines off the defenceless pup, but was unable to control them. “They angled in from both sides and the owner couldn’t control them at all. My priority was getting my one-year-old son away and not letting him see anything. I saw a local van driver pick up the chihuahua which looked dead and put him in his van.

They looked in a frenzy and I felt so bad for the chihuahua and his family, thankfully there were no kids there at the time.
