It's thought 19-year-old Katie Cash left Dumfries and may have travelled to England with a man with links to London and Essex.
A 19-year-old girl who disappeared was last seen getting to a car with a man in broad daylight, with Police Scotland launching a missing person probe. Officers are asking the public for information on the whereabouts of Katie Cash.
She is described as being slim, around 5ft 2ins tall and white, with blue eyes, a birthmark on her face, and blonde hair. When she vanished, she was wearing white trainers and a black jacket. Inspector Stephen Judge said: "We believe Katie has travelled to England in the company of a man. She has links in the Northampton area and may be heading towards that location. The man she may be travelling with has links in London and Essex.
