Dallas-based Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. purchased the five-star, 210-room property that’s located on 40 acres. The deal includes 5.7 acres of still developable land that can sprout new hotel rooms, a fitness studio or restaurants.No word yet if real estate investment trust Braemar plans more renovations.
