Scouting Ireland 'baffled' by Tusla recommendation to end overnight trips over child safety fears
Scouting Ireland has called for an urgent meeting with Tusla over its recommendations overnight trips should be stopped and child protection issues addressed.
Speaking to Sean O’Rourke on RTE Radio 1, Mr Elliott said the letter, which stated there should be a full review into Scouting Ireland’s child safeguarding, came as a “very great surprise”.
