She made the comments at the IFTAs last night where the series she co-created picked up four awards
In the run-up to the ceremony, JOE chatted with its co-creator and star Sharon Horgan - who also won in the Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series category - about the show, which follows four tight-knit sisters that plot to kill their other sister's abusive husband. Given the black comedy-drama has already been renewed for a second season, we asked the writer how prep for the sophomore batch of episodes is going."Oh god, it's like writing anything, it's up and down.
"For the most part, it's really fun but then there's a lot of characters and a lot of story and a bit of pressure and there's just not enough time. TV moves really quick. It takes so long to make it. So, you have to write quickly, which is a pain."
