Quinn makes the short journey to Tolka Park from Parnell Park, where he was employed as the Dublin GAA commercial and marketing director since 2013. “Quinn helped spearhead an era of remarkable commercial growth and the continued evolution of Dublin GAA off the pitch,” read a Shelbourne statement.

His appointment will support our continued drive to elevate all aspects of the club’s performance and further strengthen our engagement with fans and the local community. “Tomás understands what it means to be a football fan, a commercial leader and an elite sportsperson – a unique combination which equips him to lead the next chapter in the club’s development.” Doyle, who along with his brother Cathal are believed to have invested €1 million into Shels last year, will oversee club operations until Quinn takes up his position in April.
