Irish-founded aesthetic treatment brand Sisu Clinic has secured a $15 million venture debt facility from Structural Capital to fuel its continued growth. The company, known for its variety of beauty and skin treatments, plans to leverage the funding to expand its presence in the US and explore partnerships with large retail brands. Sisu Clinic operates through a three-tier model encompassing stand-alone clinics, malls, and concessions.

Sisu co-founders Dr James Cotter, Pat Phelan and Dr Brian Cotter. The company has secured a $15 million venture debt facility as it seeks to continue to grow its business globally.

“Structural Capital is excited to be working with Sisu Clinic and helping finance its plan for future growth,” said Kai Tse, co-founder and chief investment officer of Structural Capital “The company has crossed some key profitability milestones that will allow them to further accelerate their expansion plans.”

“We are talking to a number of US large retail brands about putting concessions in there, which would enable rapid scaling,” said Mr Phelan.
