The Irish government announced a range of increases to social welfare payments in 2025, impacting over 20 benefit schemes. Significant boosts include a €15 rise for Maternity, Adoptive, Paternity, and Parent's Benefits, while other weekly payments will see a €12 increase. Other notable increases include the Domiciliary Care Allowance and the Carer's Support Grant.

The government has confirmed there will be increases to more than 20 social welfare payments in 2025.
