One of the country's most beautiful spots does not get many foreign tourists
Thinking about jetting off on a holiday to Spain ? The stunning Mediterranean sunspot is one of the most popular destinations for Irish holidaygoers, with thousands of people heading each year to its sunny beaches.
Some experts have put forward that this might be the result of climate change causing heatwaves in southern Spain as the north of the country is normally a great deal cooler in the summer. One holidaymaker wrote on Tripadvisor: “Wonderful experience. The Islas Cies are really a paradise and you must definitely go there at least once in your life!”
