Keir Starmer is today making his first visit to Northern Ireland as British prime minister.
He will meet the first and deputy first ministers and then delegations from all of the main political parties at Stormont during the second day of a tour of the devolved nations.
The visit comes after Northern Ireland's new Secretary of State Hilary Benn met Stormont's political leaders. He also gave a commitment that the GAA's planned new Casement Park stadium in west Belfast will be built, but could not give any guarantee that it will be completed to host the Euro 2028 championships.
