The rain won't let up as the day opens up, with the potential for flooding on the horizon.Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees are anticipated, dropping to between zero and 5 degrees at night.Tuesday will bring scattered outbreaks of rain mostly across the north and northeast to start with, moving across the southwest as the day progresses.
The general outlook for the week ahead is to prepare for regularly unsettled conditions – rain or showers are expected on"most days" so that's nice – and for normal temperatures to be in the mix.
