Well that’s it folks… Awards season has come to a close and Hollywood’s A-list really brought their best to the red carpet last night to end it on a high-note.
So what did we take style wise from this year’s awards? White was a very popular colour for the women giving an almost bridal effect. Many went all out with the traditional Oscars glitz and glamour, while also bringing a new contemporary feel. Meanwhile the men played with traditional tailoring and luxury fabrics for their tuxes adding accessories like heeled patent boots and beautiful brooches.
The Irish nominees did a fabulous job in the style department from Paul Mescal’s Elvis inspired look to Kerry Condon’s sunshine yellow ballgown, they really showed up in their finery this year. The celebrities really brought their A-game so here’s a look at some of our favourite fashion moments from the night.
