The word 'beer' is relatively universal. You can ask for a beer at any bar across the world and the bar staff will know exactly what you mean.
But Gary assures customers they won't be required to sing for their beer at Kas, which is the first venue of its kind in Ormskirk. Customers can either order a beer from one of the proposed 12 taps or pick from one of the 400-500 types for sale on the "wall of beer". "We have have been thinking of opening a bar for a long time and this is an ideal size. We're different because we won't be doing kegs, and will halve half permanent and half rotating lines, with a wall of bottles and cans."
A Crowdfunder has been launched for people to pledge their support for the new venture coming to the historic market town. In return for donations, Kas will offer bar credits and drink package delivery.
