A health expert has said there are six exercises that those who sit for more than six hours of the day must do to "start reversing the dangerous effects of sitting."
He stressed that there are six essential exercises that chair-tied officer workers or anyone stuck in a seated position for more than six hours per day must do. He said: "Sitting is the new smoking. Use these exercises to reverse the effects so you can start feeling amazing in your body."The first three exercises are known as the 'McGill Big 3' according to the performance expert.Mr Go said he performs these essential movements for the lower back. "They build endurance in the low back and core while increasing core stability," he added.
