The Queen’s lying-in-state queue has seen 136 people hospitalised as ‘hundreds’ fainted, resulting in head injuries. 🚨 A total of 1,078 people have received medical treatment from paramedics and St John’s Ambulance first aiders
said that 55 people were taken to hospital from the queue on Saturday, bringing the total to date to 136.
London Ambulance Service said: “The majority of the incidents we attended were faints and collapses, which resulted in head injuries.”, with many facing an entire day on their feet amid single-digit temperatures overnight. He said on Friday: “We join the rest of the country and people across the world in sending our sincere condolences to the Royal Family at this time of immense and profound grief for our nation.
