Six friends on a caving trip become trapped underground after a rockslide blocks their exit. Pursued by monstrous creatures and with dwindling supplies, they must confront not only the horrors of the dark but also the disintegration of their friendships.
In a remote mountain range, six girlfriends meet for their yearly adventure, a caving trip into the arteries of the earth. The group makes their way through the remote cave system, enjoying the hazardous but beautiful surroundings. Then, deep inside the cave, disaster strikes when their route back to the surface is blocked by a rock fall.
A series of films centre around six friends reunite for a caving expedition. Their adventure soon goes horribly wrong when a collapse traps them deep underground and they find themselves pursued by bloodthirsty creatures. As their friendships deteriorate, they find themselves in a desperate struggle to survive the creatures and each other.
