An ICE representative cited Volodymyr Zhukovskyy's 'prior convictions of charges that included Possession of Cocaine and Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under Suspension, Furnishing False Information to an Officer and Larceny.'

The defendant, Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, kissed his fingers and appeared to look upward after hearing the verdict.

Westfield Transport, the company he worked for, also has a history of violations, including seven for unsafe driving, federal vehicle safety data has showed. The director took responsibility for the failures within his department, and then he was fired minutes later because of the ongoing scandal that’s been taking place this summer inside the RMV.
