First Dates star ditched teaching to become personal trainer after putting on holiday weight
A fitness fanatic told how she ditched a teaching degree to become a personal trainer after piling on the pounds on holiday.
“People were like, ‘Jaysus’. They didn’t tell me at the time, it was afterwards that they said it, I was unrecognisable. “I really wanted to transform my body, and when I felt like I could do it I wanted to help others do it as well – so art was put on the backburner. Sophia, who is dating soldier and graphic design graduate Ryan, 26, from Co Limerick on the hit RTE show, said she had been unlucky in love.
