Senior yoga and breathwork teacher and founder of Yoga Collective London Laura Pearce, adds: "There are certainly ways in which yoga can relieve trapped wind, menstrual symptoms, and some other causes of bloating." Together, the pair have created a yoga routine ideal for getting rid of stomach bloating, whether "it's period bloat or food-related swelling". Medlin explains: "Certain yoga poses help gas move through the digestive tract more efficiently and reduce that feeling of built-up air" which can alleviate bloating."
