“We make software to help construction companies collect, track and share safety records, and to track their workforce’s attendance. The software cuts out emailing and manual uploads of records,” Reilly told the Business Post. “While managing projects, it would get frustrating with how safety information was managed. The systems that were in place weren’t user friendly. There were software solutions but you couldn’t get people on site to use them, particularly on the front line. I knew there was a gap there, that was the trigger to set up the company,” he said.

“We’ve had brilliant growth over the last couple of years. Just before Christmas, we brought on our 200th customer. Most of our customers are in Ireland but we now have some in the UK,” Reilly said. “They’ve been great. They’ve been really helpful in particular with market entry, notably the US and the UK. We got some really good introductions through them. They’ve provided some great advice along the way,” he said.
