Gardaí working on the case of missing eight year old Kyran Durnin have upgraded the case to a murder investigation and they are appealing for anyone with information to come forward
Gardaí investigating the case of eight year old Kyran Durnin are looking into the possibility that he may have died several months before he was reported missing.
Gardaí say that despite extensive enquiries carried out by them, they have been unable to locate Kyran, identify any information on his current whereabouts or find any evidence that he is currently alive. Gardaí said in a statement that the investigation is being led by a Senior Investigation Officer , based out of an incident room established at Drogheda Garda Station.
